Booking Policy
1. General Overview
Welcome to Puri Tourism. Our Booking Policy outlines the terms under which we accept and confirm travel bookings. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Booking Procedure
- Fill out the “Customize Your Trip” form on our website or contact our team directly.
- Our representative will review your request and suggest available packages or customized options.
- Upon confirmation of itinerary and cost, a booking link or invoice will be shared.
- Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
3. Confirmation & Invoices
Once the advance payment is received, a confirmation email with the booking summary, travel details, and invoice will be sent to the email provided at the time of booking. Please check all information carefully and contact us immediately in case of discrepancies.
4. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: Minimum 30% of total package cost to confirm your booking.
- Final Payment: Must be paid 7 days before the travel date or as per mutual agreement.
- Modes of Payment: We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and verified third-party payment links.
5. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID proofs. In some cases, additional documentation may be required by hotels or transport partners. Puri Tourism will notify you if any such documents are needed.
6. Booking Modifications
We understand plans may change. Modifications to your itinerary (travel dates, destinations, hotels, etc.) are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. All modification requests should be made at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
7. Group Bookings
For group bookings (more than 8 travelers), special pricing and arrangements may be available. Please contact our team in advance. Terms for cancellation and modifications may vary for group tours.
8. No Liability for Booking Errors
Puri Tourism is not liable for booking errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user. Please double-check all personal and travel details before final confirmation.
9. Service Denial
We reserve the right to deny or cancel any booking under the following conditions:
- Inappropriate or fraudulent activity detected
- Misconduct or harassment of staff
- Non-payment of dues within the stipulated timeline
