1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Puri Tourism (“the Website”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Booking Policy, and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.
2. Booking Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a booking. Providing accurate information during booking is your responsibility.
3. Services Offered
We provide travel planning, accommodation, transport, guide services, and other packages (“Services”). Details for each service are provided at the time of booking. All services are subject to availability.
4. Booking & Payment
- Booking Request: Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation.
- Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after we send you an email or WhatsApp message.
- Payment: A deposit (usually 20–30%) is required to confirm booking. Final payment is due no later than 14 days before departure, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, UPI, or payment gateway services. Third-party charges may apply.
5. Changes & Cancellations
- You may request changes or cancellations through email prior to services being rendered.
- Cancellation charges according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy will apply.
- Puri Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen events like weather, regulatory decisions, or force majeure. We’ll either offer alternatives, defer the booking, or refund unused services.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Unless explicitly stated, Puri Tourism does not include medical, accident, loss, theft, or cancellation insurance in its packages.
7. Health & Safety
You must disclose medical conditions or mobility restrictions at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service for health or safety reasons or based on local regulations.
8. Participant Responsibilities
You are responsible for following instructions from guides, being on time, carrying valid travel documents (ID, passport, visa), and respecting local laws and cultures. We are not liable for documents lost due to client negligence.
9. Liability Limitations
- Puri Tourism acts as an intermediary. We do not own or control partner properties, transport, or guides.
- We are not liable for delays, damages, or accidents resulting from third-party service providers, transport, or natural events.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked via us.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—including images, logos, text, trademarks—is owned or licensed by Puri Tourism. You may not reproduce or use them without written consent.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.
13. Changes to Terms
